Claim my audit

Opening a clinic? Get found from day one.

A new clinic has no reviews, no history and, often, no patients who know the address. The first few weeks decide whether people can find you, trust you and book. Send us what you have so far, even if it is a draft site and a name. We check the path a new patient takes and send you a short written report.

  • Numbers you can check

Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.

What we look at

We check before you open, while changes are cheap. If you have already opened, the audit works the same way. Same five areas as every audit, with a new clinic in mind.

1. Your online profile

That it exists, is claimed and verified, and has the right categories, hours, services, photos and a booking link. We also list every version of your clinic name and details we find, and tell you which one to keep.

2. Your website on a phone

Can a new patient tell what you treat, who it is for and where you are within a few seconds? We look for what new clinics often forget: practitioner names, a first-visit page, parking and access.

3. Ads and social

Whether your social pages and any launch ads match your details and point to booking, and whether you will be able to tell what they produce.

4. Your reviews

You cannot buy reviews or offer anything for them. You can decide, before opening, how and when you ask every patient. We check your review link works and that the ask is easy for your team.

5. Booking and calls

We walk through booking a first visit on a phone, up to the final step and without submitting. We look at what happens when the phone rings and nobody picks up. Choosing software? Our guide on what to ask before you sign may help.

For reference, in our scan of 81,024 clinic homepages in Canada and the US, 44% had no online booking we could find and 68% showed no star rating or review count. How we counted.

What you get back

A written report in 3 business days, sent to your inbox. For each area above:

  • What we saw. In plain words, with screenshots where helpful.
  • What to change. A specific change, not “improve your SEO”.
  • Priority. Before opening, in the first month, or later.

The report marks what to do before opening, in the first month, and later.

The report is yours to keep. You can hand it to your web designer, do the work yourself, or ask us for help.

How it works

  1. The audit. You send your clinic name, website or draft, and your email. We send back the report. No card, no call unless you ask for one.
  2. The fixed fix. If you want help with what the report found, we quote the work in writing as one fixed price, with the scope and timeline spelled out. Nothing goes live without your approval.
  3. After the fix. Your team runs it from there, with the playbook and training we leave behind. If you want, We manage it keeps your website looked after month to month (website only). You can stop any time.

We do not need patient information and will not ask for it. We look at your public website, your public online profile and your booking page as a patient sees them.

Questions owners ask

Q: I have not opened yet and I only have a logo. Is that too early?

No. Profile, naming and booking decisions are easier to make before launch than to undo afterward. Send what you have and tell us your planned opening date.

Q: Do I need a website before I open?

You need somewhere a patient can confirm what you treat, where you are and how to book. A simple site can do that.

Q: Will you tell me which booking software to buy?

We will tell you what we saw and what to compare for your clinic. The choice is yours. We know Jane and Cliniko well, and our guide covers the questions to ask any vendor.

Q: Can you promise how many patients I will get?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We can show you what is stopping people from finding and booking you. What happens next depends on your area, your services and your competition.

Q: What does the audit take from me?

About a minute to fill in the form. The audit is free. You get the written report in 3 business days, with no call and no obligation. If it shows work you want help with, we would like the chance to quote it. That is the whole catch.

Send your website. Get your written audit in 3 business days.

Tell us where to look. Your audit lands in your inbox with what to fix first. No call, no obligation.

  • Takes about a minute. No patient information, ever.
  • A written report in 3 business days.
  • Your accounts stay in your name. Reading the report commits you to nothing.

Step 1 of 2

Where should we look?

Tell us your clinic’s website and we’ll go through it the way a new patient would.

The address patients find on Google. A link to your booking page is fine too.

Step 2 of 2

Just a few details, so we know where to send your audit

We’ll email it to you in 3 business days. Nothing to prepare.

By sending this form, you’re asking us to email you your audit and to contact you about it. We’ll use your details for that, and for nothing else unless you tick the box below.

We’ll never sell your details, and there’s no pressure. Please don’t send us any patient information. See our privacy policy. Packed Book, 2160 Hwy 7, Ste 6 #1515, Vaughan, ON L4K 1W6, Canada. hello@packedbook.com.
