A clinic marketing plan you can read in ten minutes
Many clinics buy marketing one piece at a time. A new website here, some ads there, a social media helper for a few months. Each piece is fine. Nobody decides how they fit, or which one to do first.
We write that plan. It says which patients you want more of, what to fix first, what to leave alone, and how you will know it worked. You approve it before any work starts.
- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

The first fix matters more than the tenth
A clinic with no booking link does not need more ads. A clinic with a full schedule for one practitioner and gaps for another does not need more patients in general. It needs more of a certain kind.
Across the 81,024 Canadian and US clinic homepages we read, 44% had no online booking we could find and 68% showed no star rating or review count. Gaps like these are usually where a plan starts, because they are quick to fix and everything else depends on them. How we counted.
What the plan covers
Who you want more of
The patients, services and practitioners with room in the schedule. Not everyone; the ones that matter to your clinic.
Where you stand today
What a new patient sees when they search for you, from the audit: your profile, site, reviews, booking and phone.
What to fix first
A short, ordered list. Quick, sure fixes first; slower work after.
What to leave alone
The things that are working, and the things that are not worth your money yet. We say so plainly.
Your regulator’s rules
Copy and offers checked against your regulator’s published advertising guidance, with risky wording flagged. This is not legal advice.
How you will know it worked
The few numbers we will count, a baseline and when to expect a change. See Analytics and tracking.
How we build the plan
1. Marketing audit
We look at your clinic the way a new patient does and send a short written report.
2. A conversation
Your goals, your schedule, your team and what you have tried before. We ask about counts, never patient records.
3. The written plan
Short, in plain words, with a written scope and price for the work.
4. You decide
Take the plan and do it yourself, hand it to your team, or have us do it. Your choice.
How strategy fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
Every one-time project starts with the plan. It sets the scope, the order of work and what your team runs after handover.
We manage it
Our monthly plan covers your website. The monthly report says what we changed and what we would change next, so the plan keeps moving. See Website management.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Part of step 4: know what works
The plan comes first and the report comes last, and both belong to the same step. See step 4: know what works, alongside reporting and team training.
Questions owners ask
Do we have to hire you to do the work?
No. The plan is yours. Some clinics hand it to their own team.
How long is the plan?
Short enough to read between patients. A page or two, plus the written scope.
Do you plan for more than one location?
Yes. Each location gets its own priorities, because each one has its own neighbourhood and schedule.
Will the plan promise a number of new patients?
No. We will not promise outcomes. We promise the work, a clear order to do it in and honest counting.
