What your audit looks like
This is an example for a made-up clinic, "Lakeside Physiotherapy". The findings are illustrative, not a real clinic, and nothing here is a result we promise. Your report is written about your clinic, in plain language, with no jargon.
- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

Three things for each area
For each area we say what we saw, what we would change, and whether to fix it first or next. You can do any of it yourself. If you want help, reply and we quote the work in writing.
1. Your online profile
Fix first.
- What we saw: The category is "Medical clinic" instead of "Physical therapy clinic". Holiday hours are missing. The newest photo is from 2023 and there are no recent posts.
- What we would change: Set the right primary category, add holiday hours a month ahead, and upload real photos of the clinic and team. Post a short update every couple of weeks.
2. Your website on a phone
Fix first.
- What we saw: One page lists twelve conditions. The main button says "Contact". The page takes a moment to start on a phone.
- What we would change: A short page each for the three conditions you see most, with what a first visit involves. Change the button to say what happens next, and compress the large images.
3. Ads and social
Next.
- What we saw: Ads send people to the homepage. The last Instagram post is from March.
- What we would change: Send each ad to a matching service page, and agree a simple monthly posting plan using real photos you are happy with.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
4. Your reviews
Next.
- What we saw: Good ratings on Google, none on the website, and no routine for asking.
- What we would change: A short request sent through your own software to every patient, at the right moment, and a way to show reviews on the site within your regulator's rules. We never write reviews or offer anything for one.
5. Booking and calls
Next.
- What we saw: After hours, the only way in is a phone number. Calls during busy periods go to voicemail.
- What we would change: Switch on the online booking you already pay for and put it on your profile and site. Add a short phone script and a missed-call reply.
It is yours to keep
You get the report by email in a few business days. There is no obligation. If you want help with any of it, we agree one clear piece of work in writing first, and you can leave with 30 days' notice.
