Real clinic photos and video, planned and put to work
Patients want to see the room they will walk into and the person who will treat them. Stock photos of strangers do not do that. Real photos of your clinic do.
We don’t fly a crew in. We find a vetted photographer or videographer in your city, contract and brief them, manage the day and the edits, and put the results where patients look: your website, your online profile and your posts. You deal with us, not with vendors, and it all comes on one invoice.
- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.
Read the FAQ - No patient information needed
We work on your website, profiles and settings. Patient records stay in your clinic.

Patients book people and places they can picture
A nervous first-time patient wants to know what to expect. A photo of your front desk, your treatment room and your practitioner answers that before they ask. Your online profile shows photos beside your name on the map, so they help you get chosen there too.
The hard part is not the camera. It is knowing what to shoot, getting consent right and actually using the photos afterwards. That is the part we do.
What photo and video coordination covers
A shot list
Built from your site and profile: the outside and entrance, the front desk, each treatment room, each practitioner, and the equipment patients will see.
A local crew, managed by us
We find, vet and book a photographer or videographer near you. We hold the contract, brief them, chase the edits and handle any reshoot. One point of contact and one invoice, from us.
Consent, done properly
Written consent from anyone who appears. We favour staff and empty rooms. Patients appear only with signed consent, and never in a way your regulator does not allow.
Short video clips
Where you want them: a walk from the door to the treatment room, or a practitioner explaining a first visit in under a minute.
Selection, editing and placement
We pick the best shots, size them for the web and place them on your site, online profile and social templates, with descriptions for screen readers.
A photo library you can use
Every file handed over and organised, with a written licence for your clinic to use them in its own marketing, for as long as you like.
How a shoot works
1. Plan
We agree the shot list and the day with you, and send a short prep note for your team.
2. Book
We book and brief the local photographer or videographer, sort the paperwork with them, and collect consent forms in advance.
3. Shoot
Usually a few hours, outside patient time where possible, so the schedule is not disturbed.
4. Choose and edit
You approve the final selection. Nothing goes online without your yes.
5. Put it to work
New photos on your site and online profile, and a library your team can use for posts.
How photo and video fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
Photo and video coordination is part of the one-time project. One planned shoot, the files placed, and the library handed over.
We manage it
Our monthly plan covers your website, so new photos are added to the site as your clinic changes. A new shoot is quoted separately. See Website management.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Part of step 2: win the visit
Real photos help a patient trust you in the minute they decide whether to book. See step 2: win the visit, alongside design and brand and clinic websites.
Questions owners ask
Do we have to be on camera?
No. Rooms, the entrance and the front desk do a lot of the work. Practitioner photos help, but only with each person’s consent.
Can we show patients?
Only with signed consent, and only where your regulator allows. Many clinics use staff or a willing family member for treatment shots instead.
Who do we deal with on the day?
Us. We hire and manage the local crew, so you have one contact and one invoice.
Who owns the photos?
Your clinic gets every file and a written licence to use them in its own marketing, with no time limit.
Will it disrupt our schedule?
We plan the shoot around your quietest hours, and most of it happens in empty rooms.
