Step 2: win the visit
A patient has found you. Now they have about a minute. They look at your site on a phone, check your stars, look for a price or a time, and decide whether to book you or the next clinic on the list.
This step turns that first look into a booked first visit: a site that answers their questions, a booking path they can finish without calling, and reviews on Google they can trust.

- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.
How we count - Your accounts stay yours
Your domain, website and online profile are in your name from day one.
How we work - Month to month
No long contract. Thirty days’ notice, and your accounts and numbers stay with you.

What “win the visit” means for your clinic
Being found gets a patient to your door. Winning the visit is what happens at the door.
A new patient wants four answers fast:
- Can you help with my problem? A clear page for it, in plain words.
- Can I trust you? Real photos, practitioner names and recent Google reviews.
- What happens at the first visit? How long, what to wear, what it involves, how billing works.
- How do I book? One button, high up, that works on a phone at 9 pm.
Many clinic sites lose the patient at the last step
We read 81,024 clinic homepages in Canada and the US, the way a new patient does in the first few seconds. Of those homepages:
- 44% had no online booking we could find.
- 68% showed no star rating or review count.
- 51% had no tap-to-call link.
- 94% had no new-patient offer.
None of these are hard to fix. They are just easy to miss when you are busy treating patients. How we counted.
How we turn a look into a booking
1. Walk the path on a phone
We start where your patients start: a phone, a search, your profile, your site, your booking page. We go right up to the last step without booking, so no fake appointments are made.
2. Put booking everywhere it belongs
One clear Book online button, high on every page and on your online profile. A tap-to-call link beside it for people who would rather talk.
3. Answer the first-visit questions
What happens, how long it takes, what it costs to find out, direct billing and referrals. Nervous patients want this most, and many sites skip it.
4. Make reviews easy to find
A steady, rule-following way to ask every patient for a Google review, and replies you approve. We link to your Google reviews rather than putting testimonials on your site, because many Canadian regulatory colleges restrict testimonials.
5. Show the real clinic
Your rooms, your team, your street. Real photos beat stock, and a consistent look makes the clinic feel established.
6. Keep it working
Booking links break when software changes. Forms stop sending. We test the paths, and our monthly care keeps testing them.
The services in step 2
Clinic websites
A site that loads fast on a phone and puts the booking button where people look for it. See Clinic websites.
Website management
Monthly care for your site: updates, fixes, new pages, speed, security and booking paths tested every month. See Website management.
Online booking
A booking path a new patient can finish without calling, on the software you already use. See Online booking.
Reviews
A calm, regular way to ask for Google reviews and reply to them, within your regulator’s rules. See Reviews.
Design and brand
A clean, consistent look across your site, profile, signs and posts, so the clinic reads as one place. See Design and brand.
Photo and video coordination
We plan the shoot, brief a local photographer or videographer and put the results to work. See Photo and video.
Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
How step 2 fits the two ways to work
Fix it once
We rebuild or repair the site, set up the booking path, refresh the look, coordinate the photos and set up your review routine. Then we train your team and hand over every login and file.
We manage it
Our monthly plan covers your website: updates, fixes, new pages, speed, security, backups and the booking and contact paths tested every month. Already paying for web management? We will match it: website management only, same written scope, confirmed in writing first. See Website management.
Step 2 of 4
- 1. Get found. Patients nearby see your clinic first. Get found.
- 2. Win the visit. Your site, booking and reviews turn a look into a booked first visit. You are here.
- 3. Bring patients back. Newsletters, social posts and the front desk keep your schedule full. Bring patients back.
- 4. Know what works. A plan, honest tracking and one plain report a month. Know what works.
Questions owners ask
Do we need a new website?
Not always. Many sites need a booking button, a few clear pages and faster loading, not a rebuild. The audit tells you which.
Do we have to change booking software?
No. We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us and we will say whether we can help.
Can we put patient testimonials on our site?
That depends on your regulator, and many Canadian colleges restrict them. We focus on reviews on Google, which patients see on your profile, and we check your copy against your regulator’s published guidance. This is not legal advice.
Do you write reviews for us?
Never. We help you ask every patient in a way that follows Google’s rules, and we draft replies for your approval.
