Where we work: clinic marketing across Canada and the US

We’re based in Calgary, Alberta, and we work with physiotherapy, chiropractic, dental, optometry, massage and other allied health clinics remotely, across Canada and the US. We do not have offices in the cities below. Choose yours to see what we found on clinic homepages there.

How we counted

Each city page comes from one scan of live clinic homepages, run in November 2026 on clinics from public business listings. We count what a patient can see on the homepage only. “No online booking found” means no booking software and no booking wording on the homepage. “No review feed or stars” means no review widget or feed. “DIY builder” means Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or Weebly. A clinic may take bookings by phone or show reviews on another page, and the scan cannot see that. City averages and ranks compare the 24 Canadian cities with enough data. French-language cities in Quebec are left out for now, because the scanner reads English booking words. US pages group the sites within 40 km of each metro centre and compare each metro area with the other US metro areas on the page list. More in our study of physio and chiro websites.
