Where a Calgary clinic usually starts

The biggest gap we saw in Calgary was the website platform among counselling clinics: 36% ran on a do-it-yourself builder, against 25% across the cities we checked. A DIY builder is not a problem on its own; what matters is whether a patient can find your services and book on a phone. See clinic websites.

Everything else we do is on our services page, and how we work explains the audit, the one-time project and monthly care.

Questions owners ask

Are you located in Calgary?

Yes. Calgary is home base, and we serve clinics across Western Canada. Most of our work is still done online, by email, video call or phone, through invited access to your website and accounts, so clinics here and elsewhere are served the same way. See all of our service areas.

Is online booking common for clinics in Calgary?

It depends on the type of clinic. Of the homepages we checked, massage therapy clinics were the most likely to offer it (74% had online booking we could find) and optometry clinics the least (49%).

Which booking software do Calgary clinics use?

On the homepages we checked, the systems we detected most often were Jane, Dentrix/Henry Schein and Square. We count what our scan can see on a homepage, so clinics that link to booking from another page are not counted.

Who regulates advertising for clinics in Alberta?

Each profession has its own regulator. The ones we found for Alberta are listed above, with links to their own websites. Their advertising and testimonial rules are the ones that apply to you.
