Patient numbers flat?
When new-patient numbers stall, the instinct is to look for more traffic. Often the better question is where the people you already reach are dropping out. We follow a patient from search to first visit to rebooking, note the leaks we can see, and send you a short written report with the biggest one first.
- Numbers you can check
Our figures come from a public scan of clinic homepages, and we publish how we counted.

What we look at
The same five areas as every audit, in the order a patient meets them. A patient lost on the map never reaches your booking page, so we look at the whole path.
1. Your online profile
We search for your clinic and what you treat on a phone, the way a patient would. Categories, hours, photos, posts, reviews and whether a booking link is there. A thin profile can lose a patient before they see your site.
2. Your website on a phone
Can a patient tell what you treat, who it is for and where you are without scrolling? Is there a button that says how to book? Does it load fast enough that a person in pain would wait?
3. Ads and social
Before spending more on traffic: where the money and posts go now, and whether anyone can tell what they produce.
4. Your reviews
How many, how recent, whether anyone replies, and whether patients can see them on your site.
5. Booking and calls
We walk through booking a first visit, up to the final step and without submitting, and count the taps. We look at whether your number is easy to tap and what happens when nobody answers. If you want a script for your front desk, our front desk phone script is a start.
For reference, in our scan of 81,024 clinic homepages in Canada and the US, 44% had no online booking we could find and 68% showed no star rating or review count. How we counted.
What you get back
A written report in 3 business days, sent to your inbox. For each of the five areas:
- What we saw. In plain words, with screenshots where helpful.
- What to change. A specific change, not “improve your SEO”.
- Priority. Fix first, or next.
The report puts the area that looks like the biggest drop-off first, and marks which fixes you could do yourself this week.
Here is how one line might look:
Booking. What we saw: booking takes four taps and a menu, and the button says “Contact”. What to change: a “Book online” button in the header of every page, linked to your existing booking page. Priority: fix first.
That line is an example, not a real clinic.
How it works
- The audit. Send your clinic name, website, email and the booking software you use, if any. We send the report. No card, and no call unless you ask for one.
- The fixed fix. If you want help, we quote the work in writing as one fixed price, with scope and timeline. Some booking and profile fixes can start to show within weeks, but results vary. Nothing goes live without your approval.
- After the fix. Your team runs it from there, with the playbook and training we leave behind. If you want, We manage it keeps your website looked after month to month (website only). You can stop any time.
We do not need patient information and will not ask for it. We look at your public website, your public online profile and your booking page as a patient sees them.
Questions owners ask
Q: My clinic is busy enough to feel stretched. Is flat really a problem?
It depends on your goals and your capacity. If you have room on the schedule and numbers are not moving, it is worth a look. If you are full, we will say so.
Q: Will the report just tell me to spend more on ads?
No. Ads are one option, and they are not worth running into a booking path that leaks. If the audit shows something cheaper to fix first, that goes at the top.
Q: Do you need patient data?
No. We look at your public profile, website and booking page as a patient sees them. We never ask for patient names, notes or lists.
Q: Can you guarantee more patients?
No. We can show you where people are dropping out and what to change. Results depend on your area, your services and your competition.
Q: What does the audit take from me?
About a minute to fill in the form. The audit is free. You get the written report in 3 business days, with no call and no obligation. If it shows work you want help with, we would like the chance to quote it. That is the whole catch.
